Rodeo Day!!!

I have waited and waited for the day that we could get Aubree some little boots and a little cowgirl hat (the had didn't go over so well!) and take her to the Rodeo. It finally came! I found this super cute outfit one day while out shopping with friends and I HAD to get it for Aubs! I hoped that Aubree would like the livestock show but I never dreamed she would love it as much as she did. I can honestly say that I have never seen her so excited! She loved the cows! As we were looking at the cows, every person that walked by us got a wave, a "moo", and a little pointy finger and the word "cow." She wanted to make sure that everyone was completely aware that we were walking amongst the cows! So many waves went out to the cows and other livestock show patrons that she gave Miss America a run for her money. I do believe a passerby even made this comparison! And if the waves were not enough, there were even some air kisses given out! The entire day was just too cute! And....how 'bout those boots? Her daddy did a great job picking them out.

Day at the Zoo!

So before the weather turns 100 degrees, we thought we would take a visit to the zoo on my day off. We got lucky because as it turns out, the first Tuesday of each month is free admission! Aubree loved the animals! The elephants, giraffes, and monkeys were a huge hit!!

Day at the Park

The weather finally warmed up so we decided to have a day at the park. Aubree could have stayed on the swings all day long! Especially because she did not like the fact that the sand was getting in to her sandals! As soon as we set her down to walk she said "uh-oh....up." That's my girly, girl. I have no clue where she gets it from either!

She would say "stop" and JD would catch her and then "go" when she was ready to swing again!
