RTR's Littlest Fan!

It wasn't her first crawfish fest but it was the first she was able to enjoy. Enjoy is actually an understatement to say the least! Aubree was thrilled to see her daddy singing and playing his guitar on a stage. She was soooo tickled and she couldn't stop pointing and telling all of us that that was her daddy! Words and pictures can't even begin to describe how thrilled and incredibly cute she was. I think I watched Aubree more than the band! When I was pregnant, JD and I talked about crawfish fest 2011 and how we could just picture our little girl looking up at her daddy on the stage. Now, here we are 2 years later and it couldn't have been any better for JD to see his number one little fan starring up at him, chowing down on a corn dog, dancing, and all with a giant grin on her face!

Color, color, color!

Aubree's new favorite thing is to color......all day! She loves to write on anything and everything. She will sit at her little desk in the living room and just scribble constantly. Of course, she wants someone one the ground with her at all times. "Kimere, color, peeeezzzz?" And then once the masterpiece is finished she says "oh cute!"

Easter Fun

We had a wonderful Easter this year as one big family! Aubree participated in her first egg hunt and really racked up! She also decorated eggs for the first time. Her egg is in the bottom right corner. She loved coloring the eggs but really had fun holding them in one hand and squeezing as hard as possible until it squished into a hundred tiny pieces!
And do we even need to talk about the Easter Bunny picture?! I think she likes the Easter Bunny about as much as she likes Santa Clause!

That Time of Year Again!

It used to be that time of year anyway! Although the blooms were not nearly as tall as last year, we still had a blast and got a couple of good pictures. And besides....what could be cuter than seeing a little girl walk around in a field of flowers?
